Welcome to Care Counselling and thank you for visiting

On this website you will find information about the services I offer to individuals, couples and groups, both in home-life and work-life.

Counselling, Training, Facilitation and Mediation are introduced, along with a range of Topics that give some information around many of the issues we find ourselves having to cope with in our lives, either ourselves (e.g. Bereavement, Anxiety, Assertiveness) or through family, friends or in society (e.g. dealing with the “stressed boss” or helping our children deal with bullying).

I established Care Counselling in 1986 and since then I have been responsible for providing outstanding Individual and Relationship Counselling, Training in a wide area of topics for a wide variety of individuals and organisations, Facilitation of groups in a variety of settings, Supervision for counsellors, both individuals and groups, Workshops and Mentoring/Coaching Services.

I am located in West Sussex at Lucas Close, Maidenbower, Crawley, RH10 7EY, however, I am flexible regarding venue. In the main, individuals and couples are seen for counselling at the Maidenbower address, other services can be at the venue most appropriate to the needs of the person or group.
