Life Coaching helps focus your dreams into goals, and then helps you map out the (manageable) steps you need to achieve your aims.
Life coaching sessions are usually done over the phone, and are 30 – 50 mins long. The number of sessions can vary from 1 to 6 or more, depending on your situation. The first session will allow us to consider the number and frequency of sessions based on the information you supply – including any time or financial restraints you may have.
